Memorial Garden Construction Update, September 2024

Work is continuing in our Memorial Garden and we hope to have the memorial bricks reinstalled in the next few weeks. They will be placed in the Memorial Garden interspersed with our new bricks.

Thank you to those who took advantage of our construction pricing and ordered new memorial bricks. Those will be going to the engraver after Labor Day!

We still have additional stone work to complete, as well as electrical work, concrete staining and landscaping.

We are also thrilled to announce that our Memorial Garden will be graced by a beautiful statue of Our Lady.
Here she is pictured in clay. The bronzing process has now begun and will take a few months to complete. We hope to have her installed by the end of the year or early 2025.

Thank you for your patience as we work to improve this beautiful and sacred space.

The cost for this project is self-funded from SLM's Columbarium Account. Funds raised for the 2023 Capital Campaign are not being used.
